Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Block & Bounce, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. The following policy outlines your rights and our terms in line with UK law.
🔹 Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You must then return the item within a further 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You must notify us of your intention to return by email within the 14-day window.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
🔸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit. If you require a different item, please place a new order.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items – Hygiene-Sensitive Products
In accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to:
“The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.”
This includes, but is not limited to:

Teething toys
-
Rattles
-
Any product intended for oral use or infant contact
If the seal is broken or packaging opened on any such product, we cannot accept a return.
🔧 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
